Sales Specialist, Unified Communications $85,000 + - TORONTO

Achieve profitable revenue in order to meet the Unified Communications sales team’s targets. Partner with other sales teams to develop and present solutions that meet customer objectives in order to drive revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & MEASUREMENTS:

  • Driving Unified Communications sales & revenue for the Company’s Enterprise Sales Channels
    (including Telephony solutions from Nortel, Mitel and Cisco).

  • Proactively generating and closing Unified Communications sales opportunities.

  • Coordinate the development and delivery of presentations and proposals outlining recommended Unified Communications.

  • Contribute to the Company’s account strategy from a Unified Communications standpoint and management of customer expectations.

  • Assume tactical ownership of Unified Communications opportunities and program manage these opportunities to closure.

  • Engage the appropriate internal and external resources and processes to address specific opportunities to ensure solutions are leading edge, corporately feasible and customer specific.

     Senior PROJECT Manager $100k +++ - TORONTO

The Senior Project Manager leads multiple cross functional teams, including PMs, SMEs and IMs, through the Marketing Initiative Development (MID) process. This position is accountable for the timely, cost-effective high-quality delivery of strategic projects. These initiatives are of strategic importance to the company; positively impacting the customer experience, driving profitable growth and improving business performance.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage mid to large complex projects that are of strategic importance to the company
    Lead and manage all aspects of project: scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication.

  • Lead multi-disciplinary project teams through all phases of the project life cycle, providing, coaching, motivation and inspiration.
     

  • Provide an escalation point for the timely resolution of project problems and conflicts Advise on options, risks, costs versus benefits, and impact on other business processes and system priorities Maintain critical weekly and monthly reports.

     

  • Timely preparation of project documentation: Project plans, Schedules, Risk Assessment plans, Change Requests, Resource Requests, minutes, etc. Development process and create supporting documentation.

  • Communicates with sponsor and SLT regarding project progress, chairing steering committees and escalating appropriately Stays current on emerging technologies and project management techniques, contributing to the success of the MPM team.

Primary accountability is acquisition of new mid-market customers in the Canadian Marketplace.  This will be accomplished by focused offer development activities and implementation of upper mid market demand generation programs for Regional sales channels.  Activities will include segmentation planning, product and market segment research recommendations, budget and process management, program measurement and effective communication of plans.
