JACK
CAMERON - President
Jack
launched Cameron Consulting Group in November 1998. After
an early career on Bay Street in Sales, He joined the Search
Industry in 1985. From 1988 to 1998 Jack Co-ran a successful
14 person Agency in Toronto
Well
respected as a recruiter, Jack has successfully conducted
hundreds of executive searches for private and public sector
companies in Toronto Canada, nationally and internationally.
An
entrepreneur, businessman and visionary, he has harnessed
the power of technology to support his core business. . Recognizing
the value and efficiencies of the Internet, he continues to
investigate and implement technological advances to support
his core businesses of retention and recruitment.
In
1998 Cameron Consulting Group was founded to meet the growing
demands for High Quality Professional Recruiting in the West
End of Metropolitan Toronto (Brampton) for middle to senior
level business professionals. Acting as an integral business
partner with the client’s hiring team.
Mr.
Cameron works closely with the Line Managers and all other
hiring authorities on all the various aspects of the Search,
which would include strategy, organizational impact, budgets,
expectations and profiling of the proper candidate. Over the
past 20 years, Jack has been involved in a broad range of
Search Assignments in virtually every major industry.
DIANE
SINNETT – Senior Partner
Diane’s
strong consulting background is an asset to our organization
and yours. Diane leads our Accounting/ Finance and Sales &
Marketing group, with an impressive history of Financial Management
and entrepreneurial counsel with both private and public companies.
After having several successful years managing her own import/
export business she joined the world of manufacturing. She
is well respected for her strategic approach, strong commitment
to relationship building and management with both.
Diane
spent 15 years with the second largest manufacture of Welding
Equipment in Canada .As a Director of the company in the Accounting
& Finance Department increasing the bottom line and growing
the business. After leaving the world of manufacturing Diane
joined the Cameron Consulting Group team.
As
a senior recruitment and retention consultant, she brings
not only a strong understanding of the Accounting /Finance.
Sales & Marketing she also understands the critical role
this practice area plays in the ongoing success of a business.
Many
of our clients acknowledge Diane’s' recruitment results as
key factors to their overall success. Diane's wealth of experience
is not limited to recruitment and retention. She is well respected
for her strategic approach to corporate recruiting.
